KOMIDA is hiring 

Master Trainer for Community Health Facilitator Programme

Mitra Dhuafa (KOMIDA) is a registered Indonesian cooperative. It provides microfinance and non-microfinance services to low-income women who have no access to the formal financial sector. In 2017, KOMIDA, cooperated with Opportunity International Australia and Healing Fields India launched a health programme to empower and educate Komida's member to be Community Health Facilitator on their own village.

Qualification

1. Diploma/Bachelor degree in health
2. Ready to be placed in Komida's branch region (Central or West Java)
3. Interested in community/women empowerment
4. Own motorcycle
5. Able to work independently 
6. Patient in educating a community
7. Able to communicate (writing and speaking) in English

Job desc

1. Train the CHFs during the monthly training sessions
2. Ensure quality of training delivery as per the process outlined by Healing Fields
3. Monitoring CHFs in field and handholding them in implementation of their work
4. Handhold the CHFs in doing the surveys, projects and other assignments assigned to them
5. Collection of data and case studies from the field
6. Supporting the CHFs in conducting community mobilization programs and other events in the village level
