Indonesia has been authorised by member ballot to start fundraising locally as a first step towards building a financially sustainable local organization. Future work will also involve developing a strong local governance structure and building key partnerships with local government, the private sector, local civil society among others. Success of the pilot phase will set the Indonesia on a pathway to full membership.

Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik is implementing a comprehensive education program in Sumba, NTT Province over the next several years. The post holder has overall responsibility for performing the administration activity andlogistical management and support related to program implementation and operations inSumba.

Background

The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) is an international, nonprofit organization that supports the building of democratic societies. IFES promotes democratic stability by providing technical assistance and applying field-based research to the electoral cycle in countries around the world to enhance citizen participation and strengthen civil societies, governance and transparency. Founded in 1987 as a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, IFES has developed and implemented comprehensive, collaborative democracy solutions in more than 120 countries.

Since 2011, IFES has been implementing the General Election Network for Disability Access (AGENDA) project.. AGENDA is a creative partnership among IFES, disabled persons’ organizations (DPOs), and election-focused civil society organizations (CSOs) in Southeast Asia. The AGENDA network's principal objectives are to promote election access in Southeast Asia and ensure that access to disability-inclusive political processes is on the human rights agenda of regional bodies.

AGENDA supported the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) to finalize the ASEAN Enabling Masterplan on Mainstreaming the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which will be adopted by heads of state in November 2018. Member states will now need to internalize the Masterplan through their own domestic policy making processes. IFES’ AGENDA project is working to increase DPO effectiveness in advocating for government action to respect and promote disability rights.

AGENDA is seeking a part time Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist to support the implementation of the AGENDA program.

Scope of Work:

• Lead & coordinate the AGENDA Monitoring & Evaluating (M&E) programs and activities;
• Develop and implement monitoring programs, tools & instruments, to evaluate AGENDA’s programs and activities;
• Monitor and ensure the quality of AGENDA’s programs, assess impact, and make recommendations aimed at improving quality or impact as required;
• Analyze data against the M&E plan;
• Contribute to quarterly and final donor reports;
• Support internal project evaluations;
• Work with program partners to build their M&E and administrative/management capacity; ensure that program partners establish and implement an appropriate M&E plan with clear performance indicators;
• Report regularly on program activities to AGENDA Program Manager;
• Undertake such as other duties as may be requested/ directed;
• Travel as required.

 Requirements:

1. At least 3 years or comparable of experience of working in an international environment, ideally with significant experience in implementing democratic development projects and international program management;
2. Experience in developing and implementing design, monitoring and evaluation activities;
3. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and oral;
4. A high level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment;
5. Strong analytical skills;
6. Ability to take initiative and work within tight deadlines;
7. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Programs, Excel, Internet) required;
8. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions;
9. A degree in political science or related field; and
10. Possess general knowledge about ASEAN is a plus.

Field Supervisor WFW Project – Contract Based

 

Responsible for the implementation of Water for Women project conducted in sub-district level with close coordination with Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) team the project implementer... Field Supervisor will proactively work to manage, support and capacitate sub district field implementer. Engage in advocacy, networking and coordination in the sub-district level, and ensuring children and young people particularly girls and women are benefiting from the projectResponsible for WfW Project Implementation Quality control in sub district level

Indicator for success: Develop schedule of project activity at sub district level with STBM GESI team .Conduct coordination meeting with STBM GESI team and other stakeholders. Ensuring the quality STBM GESI activities in sub district level. Ensuring the budget usage in sub district level and village level follows PLAN requirement by also helping the admin and finance process KRA 2:  Responsible to Managing Project Monitoring and Evaluation

Indicators for success:  Support Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Data collection in sub district level. Ensuring all the STBM GESI data is collected and stored for government verification process for every sub district. Facilitate learning process in sub district level.Capturing the best practices in sub district level. Reviewing data and report compiled by Sub District Field Implementer KRA 3: Government Advocacy at sub district level

Indicators for success: Together with STBM team to advocate government funding and support advocacy of village fund review in sub district level

A. Tahap Pengumuman
Pengumuman Penerimaan Calon Tenaga Entry Data E-PPGBM akan diumumkan lewat Google Form, pada hari Jumat 31 Agustus 2018.

Persyaratan
1. Minimal lulusan Diploma III Gizi
2. Laki-laki atau Perempuan diutamakan belum menikah atau tidak hamil
3. Maksimum usia dibawah 25 tahun.
4. Domisili di wilayah Jawa Barat.
5. Bersedia mengikuti Orientasi Surveilan Gizi melalui e-PPGBM selama 4 (empat) hari dan terus berada di lapangan
selama pengumpulan data yang dilaksanakan selama 1 Bulan.
6. Memiliki Laptop dengan spesifikasi sebagai berikut :
a. Kemampuan koneksi internet (wireless)
b. Sistem operasi minimum windows 7 ( Laptop Apple/ Mac OS tidak kompatibel)
7. Memiliki Android (dengan memiliki paket data/ kuota internet selama minimal 1 Bulan berada di lapangan)

Ketentuan :

Kuota pendaftaran maksimal 200 orang, pendaftaran sebelum dan sesudah dari jadwal yang telah ditetapkan dianggap tidak mendaftar. (*Jika Kuota sudah Memenuhi Pendaftaran Otomatis ditutup)

B. Tahap Pengumuman Penerimaan Seleksi Administratif

1. Apabila dinyatakan LULUS semua persyaratan, dibawa pada saat uji tulis dan wawancara

dan disetujui setelah proses Verifikasi Data oleh Kemenkes RI

3. Memahami konsep penyelenggaraan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Indonesia.

4. Pernah terlibat dalam studi terkait sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). 

5. Bersedia terlibat dalam penelitian kurang lebih 1 bulan. 

Pelaksanaan proses pengumpulan data selama 2-3 minggu dilanjutkan dengan proses data entry dan data cleaning.
