Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better. We've begun to build a national organization that aims to be a strong, local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia. To this end, SC Indonesia has been designated as a “Prospect Member”. As ‘Prospect Member’ Indonesia has been identified as part of the next way of new member development, which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children in strategic middle income countries. Indonesia has been authorized by member ballot to start fundraising locally as a first step towards building a financially sustainable local organization. Future work will also involve developing a strong local governance structure and building key partnerships with local government, the private sector, local civil society among others. Success of the pilot phase will set the Indonesia on a pathway to full membership.



DATA & ANALYST COORDINATOR

ROLE PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Donor Retention Manager and working across the organisation, the Data & Analyse Coordinator will be managing the Database and Analysis Team and providing the analysis, reporting and data selections necessary to support YSTC campaigning, fundraising and communication objectives. The key objective of this role

  *   Ensure donors information from all fundraising channel encode to donor’s database system, ensuring data management and ensure all payment of donor is deliver.
  *   This position also will ensure that business data is accurate, available and secure.
  *   Will work with colleagues throughout the organisation, proactively identifying areas in which the Data Analysis Team can support their work and championing the role of data analysis in driving decision making and informing strategy.
  *   Responsibilities for Salesforce Fundraising CRM System


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  *   Bachelor Degree in related field
  *   Understand CRM systems, their benefit and business application
  *   Minimum 3 year experience in data management and analysis
  *   Knowledge of data protection and high degree of accuracy will be key in managing data collection, storage, analysis and use throughout the organisation, providing specialist and technical advice within this area.
  *   Proven work experience as Database Administrative Officer or similar role.
  *   Attention to detail
  *   Experience how to input and extract data
  *   Experience manage query definition that allow data to be extracted.
  *   High Level of experience of a database query package.
  *   Experience in managing NGO donor database will be ad advantage
  *   IT literate (including MS Office programs - Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  *   An understanding of NGOs in Indonesia, the child rights movement and related issues
  *   Goal- and results-oriented with the ability to solve problems and take initiative
  *   Ability to drive projects through to completion and prioritise tasks
  *   Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, age sensitivity and fully complies with Save the Children’s Child Safeguarding and Protection Policies and Guidelines
  *   Subject to police reference check (a Child Safeguarding and Protection requirement)

Qualifications and experience

·         A bachelor‘s degree in civil engineeringfrom an accredited University.
·         Minimum 10 (ten) years experience of working in related field.
·         Able to write and speak in English is a must.
·         Able to use relevant computer technology.

 Key Competencies required

·         Communication: Sound drafting ability, particularly in preparing reports that are clear and concise and intelligible; good interpersonal skills; good communication skills and good presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
·         Develop operational plan/strategy for the assigned project
·         Develop and coordinate work plans with contractors for the assigned project
·         Support and monitor the assigned project(s) through regular communications and program visits and ensure that program as per partner agreements are being fulfilled.
·         Evaluate all proposals from partners or other side and estimate the real needs.
·         Survey with partners and ensure with program department for the ideal selecting for next impact and outcome.
·         Ensure that all schedule contractors and project progress reports (program) are delivered timely and are in good quality, according to QCI standards, and donors requirements, analyze the received information and compile the necessary reports.
·         Maintain the database and regularly update project documentation/files for reference by all concerned.
·         Manage Finance/admin procedures and file/document all relevant financial/admin documents pertaining to the project and field office activities.
·         Work on and maintain a good working relationship with project contractors.
·         Guide project contractors, give capacity building training and give direction so that they improve on quality of work, efficiency, effectiveness of the desired outputs and sustainability of results.
·         Make sure the contractors take into account the protection of children, women and environment during the implementation.
·         Give technical opinion in evaluation of contractors for every project.
·         Member of tender commission in QCI and give all the technical opinion.
·         Preparing projects with BOQ and all necessary drawing and documentation.
·         When requested, perform other duties as deemed relevant by the Country Director.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The HUB Coordinator, reporting to the Country Manager, will provide leadership and management for the local HUB and its associated activities. S/he will support activities to build partner and youth capacity in livelihood development. S/he will establish and maintain positive, collaborative and productive relationships with project staff, implementing partners, youth participants and volunteers..



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Provide leadership and management for the coordination and delivery of HUB activities
·         Develop and maintain working with local partner, public and private sector
·         Carry out management responsibilities performance Hub Partner to identify project for support and work with them to deliver, monitor and evaluate these
·         Management of and support to teams of Canadian volunteers
·         Monitor annual work plans and ensure compliance
·         Ensure preparation and submission of project activity reports
·         Provide guidance to the HUB staff regarding tools and strategies to ensure that programming is responsive to youth and volunteer needs
·         Ensure program quality through implementation of country-specific project review systems and comprehensive M&E systems
·         Develop and maintain relationship with Canadian foreign missions
·         Remain well-informed about national and regional issues affecting youth
·         Support the development and update of sector strategies in relevant areas of programming
·         Provide support to ensure that activities are meeting their goals and targets, recommend program adjustments when necessary to keep the project on track
·         Support training and supervision of HUB staff and volunteer teams
·         Coordinate training activities for youth
·         Coordination of and support to HUB Network
·         Engage private sector and relevant actors in forming a multi-stakeholder network to support youth employment/entrepreneurship objectives
·         Coordinate orientation training for Canadian volunteers
·         Perform other duties as delegated by the Country Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Applicant must be a citizen of Indonesia
·         University degree
·         5 to 7 years of progressively responsible leadership and coordination experience
·         Understanding of and compatible vision for effective community development with a focus on networking and training delivery
·         Ability to work with and through partners
·         Passion for working with youth; an understanding of the current situation for young people
·         Comfort with linking work to a range of stakeholders, including civil authorities, community group leaders, donors, private sector and other international NGOs on initiatives
·         Experience with current approaches to adult learning and participatory methods for M&E
·         Proven ability to develop and monitor work plans and training plans
·         Demonstrated mentoring abilities and experience supporting peers
·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·         Strong verbal and written English skills required

Lowongan Menjadi Asisten Lapangan dan Petugas Kesehatan

SurveyMETER akan melakukan Studi Endline Kesehatan dan Gizi Mayarakat untuk Mengurangi Stunting pada bulan Januari 2019 di tiga Provinsi, yaitu :  Sumatera Selatan, Kalimantan Barat, dan Kalimantan Tengah. Total kebutuhan Asisten Lapangan sebanyak 185 orang dan 75 orang petugas kesehatan.
Kami mengundang kepada para peminat survei untuk mengirim lamaran dengan mengisi formulir pendaftaran yang ada di bawah ini. Pendaftaran akan ditutup tanggal 24 November 2018. Syarat dan ketentuan pelamar sebagai berikut :
