Raising the community awareness about Diabetes Mellitus by Nahdlatul Ulama
Period: November 2017- July 2019
1. Project Coordinator
Allocation time: 100%
The Project Coordinator will be the key responsible person in this project with detail tasks as below:
1. Prepare the brief understanding about Diabetes Mellitus in LKNU
2. Work closely with technical team to develop the implementation plan arrangement and monitoring and evaluation mechanism a mechanism in monitoring and evaluation
3. Work closely with the technical team to prepare the assessment activities
4. Take a lead in developing the district detail plan such as the training (health providers, cadres), journalist activities and etc. She/he should prepare the detail plan include;
a. Prepare term of reference
b. Prepare budget estimation
5. Coordinate the activities with key stakeholders include; NDP, YCCP, NGOs
6. Supervise the district coordinator and ensure the implementation activities in district accordance with the timeline of the workplan
7. Develop a monthly progress report.
8. Document the progress, the challenges and lessons learnt.
Key Competencies:
1. Bachelor and above in any field, preferably in public health major
2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
3. Be good at planning and strategizing
4. Proficient in both written and speaking English
5. Able to work under dynamic environment
6. Have good teamwork skills and be willing to share lessons learned and best practices
Note: The project coordinator will also have responsible to manage the activities in Jakarta Pusat
2. Monitoring and Evaluation staff
Allocation time: 50%
The M&E Staff will work under Program Coordinator supervision with detail tasks as below:
1. To supervise regular data collection through regional staff and ensure quality of the data by verifications and validations
2. To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data
3. To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
4. Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations
5. Assist program coordinator in developing baseline surveys and KAP surveys
6. Participate actively in programme planning process
7. Prepare a monthly, quarterly and annual project achievement reports.
Key Competencies:
1. Bachelor and above in any field, preferably in public health major
2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
3. Be good at planning and strategizing
4. Proficient in both written and speaking English
5. Able to work under dynamic environment
6. Able to travel
7. Have good teamwork skills and be willing to share lessons learned and best practices
