Lembaga Demografi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Indonesia (LD FEB UI), akan melakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan “eksperimen metode pemasaran” yang paling efektif mendapatkan agen-agen pemasaran dan metode-metode untuk memotivasi kerja agen-agen yang paling efektif. Kegiatan ini akan dilakukan pada tahun 2019 di 17 provinsi pada 222 lokasi. Saat ini kami sedang mencari koordinator lapangan/supervisor. Supervisor akan diberikan pelatihan dan mencoba (uji coba) seluruh sistem yang dirancang. Uji coba (pilot) akan dilakukan bulan pertengahan Oktober s/d November 2018.
Tugas supervisor, selama pelaksanaan eksperimen adalah:
1. Melatih tenaga pelatih (trainers),
2. Mengawasi trainers melatih para marketing officers (MO),
3. Melakukan supervisi atas trainers dalam mengawsi MO melatih agen-agen pemasaran,
4. Melakukan supervisi atas trainers dalam memotivsi MO dalam mengarahkan, memberikan contoh dan masukkan bagi para agen untuk mendapatkan akusisi peserta.
Persyaratan supervisor yang kami cari adalah:
1. Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun (atau setara dengan 3 kegiatan survei) melakukan tugas koordinasi dalam tim survei besar,
2. Bisa melatih/mengajar dan melakukan supervisi,
3. Bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik,
4. Berpendidikan minimal D3/S1
5. Bersedia ditempatkan dimana saja,
6. Jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bersosialisasi dengan baik,
7. Bersedia mengikuti seluruh proses pelatihan dan kegiatan eksperimen,
8. Bersedia bekerja secara penuh waktu, selama bulan Oktober-November 2018 dan Januari-April 2019, dan
9. Berusia 25-40 tahun.

Background
DAI seeks a Communication, Outreach, and Knowledge Management Officer for a 5-year, $19 million USAID funded “Adaptasi Perubahan Iklim dan Ketangguhan (APIK)” Project. The purpose of APIK is to support the Government of Indonesia to strengthen climate and disaster resilience, working in an integrated manner from the national level down to the community level. APIK will help to mainstream climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction into national and sub-national governance frameworks, build the capacity of local communities and the private sector to address climate change and weather-related natural hazards, and support the use of information for climate and disaster risk management among key stakeholders. The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Communication, Outreach, and Knowledge Management Officer main task is to implement the project’s Communication, Outreach, and Knowledge Management Plan. The officer will work mainly with the Communication, Outreach, and Knowledge Management Specialist under the supervision of Monitoring and Evaluation Manager (M&E Manager).
She/ he will be in charge in coordinating with the regional offices for knowledge management and internal communication and also to produce articles, publications, and contents for multi-purposes.. The candidate should have a strong background in communication, knowledge management, and copywriting both Indonesian and English.
Essential Duties
· Contribute to the design and implementation of project communication, outreach, and knowledge management plan.
· Responsible to maintain the project’s website and social media accounts, including the content management.
· Coordinate and ensure effective internal communication including with regional offices..
· Contribute in identifying and producing success stories, lessons learned in written, audio-visual, or other types of publications.
· Responsible to maintain database of communication materials and stakeholders (partners, media).
· Working with Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to ensure all knowledge and publications are uploaded to the project’s system (TAMIS) and shared folder, as well as producing deliverables/ publications tracker.
· Support the COKM Specialist and M&E Manager in preparing data for reporting purpose and writing technical documents.
Qualifications
· Degree in communication, public relation, journalism or other relevant field.
· Three years of experience working in communication, outreach, and knowledge management.
· Three years of experience working in communication, outreach, and knowledge management.
· Experience working on USAID or other donor-funded projects focused on the environment, climate change adaptation, and disaster risk reduction and preparedness will be an advantage.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent skills in writing, both in Indonesian and English, as well as creating creative content for social media. Skills in design will be an advantage.
· Skills in social media marketing and analytics.
· A can-do attitude to meet deadline without sacrificing quality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

VACANCY - PR of MOH
The Ministry of Health of RI and the Global Fund currently entering a new grant namely Indonesia HIV Response: Eliminating the AIDS epidemic in Indonesia by 2030. The grant funds will be used to augment Government of Indonesia (GOI) funds for Treatment, Care and Support some of the enhancements in the acceleration, complete and medium coverage in 34 provinces and 231 districts/cities.

Since 2011, IFES has been implementing the General Election Network for Disability Access (AGENDA) project.. AGENDA is a creative partnership among IFES, disabled persons’ organizations (DPOs), and election-focused civil society organizations (CSOs) in Southeast Asia. The AGENDA network's principal objectives are to promote election access in Southeast Asia and ensure that access to disability-inclusive political processes is on the human rights agenda of regional bodies.
AGENDA supported the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) to finalize the ASEAN Enabling Masterplan on Mainstreaming the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which will be adopted by heads of state in November 2018. Member states will now need to internalize the Masterplan through their own domestic policy making processes. IFES’ AGENDA project is working to increase DPO effectiveness in advocating for government action to respect and promote disability rights.
AGENDA is seeking a part time Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist to support the implementation of the AGENDA program.
Scope of Work:
- Lead & coordinate the AGENDA Monitoring & Evaluating (M&E) programs and activities;
- Develop and implement monitoring programs, tools & instruments, to evaluate AGENDA’s programs and activities;
- Monitor and ensure the quality of AGENDA’s programs, assess impact, and make recommendations aimed at improving quality or impact as required;
- Analyze data against the M&E plan;
- Contribute to quarterly and final donor reports;
- Support internal project evaluations;
- Work with program partners to build their M&E and administrative/management capacity; ensure that program partners establish and implement an appropriate M&E plan with clear performance indicators;

Requirements:

3x4 cm, Daftar Riwayat Hidup, Surat Keterangan Sehat, Surat Pernyataan bersedia ditempatkan di wilayah yang sudah

12. Bukan Pegawai Negeri Sipil/ASN
1. Minimal lulusan Diploma III Gizi
2. Laki-laki atau Perempuan diutamakan belum menikah atau tidak hamil
3. Maksimum usia dibawah 25 tahun.
4. Domisili di wilayah Jawa Barat.
5. Bersedia mengikuti Orientasi Surveilan Gizi melalui e-PPGBM selama 4 (empat) hari dan terus berada di lapangan
selama pengumpulan data yang dilaksanakan selama 1 Bulan.
6. Memiliki Laptop dengan spesifikasi sebagai berikut :

Ketentuan :
Pendaftaran dilaksanakan pada Hari Jumat tanggal 31 Agustus 2018 Pukul 13.00 WIB sampai dengan 5 September 2018 Pukul 13.00 WIB. Kuota pendaftaran maksimal 200 orang, pendaftaran sebelum dan sesudah dari jadwal yang telah ditetapkan dianggap tidak mendaftar. (*Jika Kuota sudah Memenuhi Pendaftaran Otomatis ditutup)

E. Tahap Orientasi
Orientasi Surveilan Gizi akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24-27 September 2018 diikuti oleh 108 Tenaga Enumerator Surveilans Gizi (tempat menyusul)

dan disetujui setelah proses Verifikasi Data oleh Kemenkes RI
3. Mengisi form kesanggupan Mengikuti Orientasi Surveilans Gizi sampai selesai
