The Ministry of Health of RI and the Global Fund currently entering a new grant namely Indonesia HIV Response: Eliminating the AIDS epidemic in Indonesia by 2030. The grant funds will be used to augment Government of Indonesia (GOI) funds for Treatment, Care and Support some of the enhancements in the acceleration, complete and medium coverage in 34 provinces and 231 districts/cities.
Under the 2018-2020 Funding period, the Principal Recipient of MOH (PR MOH) will continue implementing the pivotal roles of ensuring HIV Testing, Treatment, Care and Support, as well as other RSSH activities including: Health Management Information System and Monitoring and Evaluation, Integrated Service Delivery and Quality Improvement, and Procurement and Supply Chain Management System.
In order to expedite and manage the implementation of the program effectively, the Project Management Unit (PMU) of PR MOH is currently seeking for proactive and high qualified candidates to fill the following position:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in working with Government and/or NGO in any health or development project (on GFATM project would be an advantage).
· Experience in program planning, particularly on the budgeting and program activity or performance framework indicators;
· Experience in oversight budget analysis on the programmatic activities;

Internal Control Officer
|
Minimum Diploma degree in accounting
|
· Minimum 4 years of experience in working with Government and/or NGO in any health or development project (on GFATM project would be an advantage
· Experience in using the accounting software
· Experience in conducting project financial control, verifying financial documents and conducting survey as needed as well as provide recommendation on the financial reports in accordance with the financial standard and procedures available.
· Experience in consolidating all financial reports (balance sheet reports, budget variances, cash reconciliation) to be delivered to comprehensive financial report

General qualification:
· Demonstrates integrity and willing to travel as required.
· Able to use IT skills eg. Computer literacy, in particular experience with MS Office, office software packages and
· Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
· Strong motivation and good team player with ability for multi- tasking..
· Communication skills in English and Bahasa
· Ability to work under extreme pressure and in complex setting.
· Ability to work as a team work and provide guidance and advice to the PMU team.
· Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
