Monitoring and Evaluation staff
The M&E Officer will work under Program Coordinator supervision with detail tasks as below:
1. To supervise regular data collection through regional staff and ensure quality of the data by verifications and validations
2. To input, record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data
3. To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
4. Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations
5. Participate actively in programm planning process
6. Prepare a monthly, quarterly and annual project achievement reports
Key Competencies:
1. Bachelor and above in any field, preferably in public health major (preferably biostatistics)
2. Be good at planning and strategizing
3. Proficient in both written and speaking English
4. Able to work under dynamic environment
5. Able to travel
6. Have good teamwork skills and be willing to share lessons learned and best practices
