Facilitator for USAID-GOI CDCS Consultation Workshop (3 positions)
MEL support for USAID/Indonesia
Jakarta, Indonesia

Social Impact (SI) is a Washington, DC-area international development management consulting firm. SI’s mission is to improve the effectiveness of international development programs in improving people’s lives. We provide a full range of management consulting, technical assistance, and training services to strengthen international development programs, organizations, and policies. We provide services globally in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, project and program design, organizational capacity building, and gender and social analysis. SI services crosscut all development sectors including democracy and governance, health and education, the environment, and economic growth. SI’s clients include US government agencies such as USAID, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, the US Department of State, bilateral donors, multilateral development banks, foundations, and non-profits.
The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)/Indonesia awarded Social Impact, Inc. (SI) the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Support task order (TO). The purpose of the TO is to support the design and implementation of the Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) for fiscal year (FY)2020 - 2024 by providing technical, consulting, and advisory services related to MEL to USAID/Indonesia.
The CDCS supports the goals and objectives of the GOI medium- and long-term development plans (RPJMN 2020-2024 and RPJPN 2005‐2025) and Indonesia’s long-term aspirations to be “self-reliant, advanced, just, and prosperous”. USAID’s role will evolve from a strategic partner to strategic advisor. USAID will promote high commitment and capacity at sub-national level to increase GOI’s capacity to plan, finance and implement solutions to their own development.
In this regard, in collaboration with Bappenas, USAID will conduct the CDCS consultation workshop in early January 2020. The workshop will serve as an interactive and open conversation with GOI Colleagues and their USG counterparts. USAID hopes to move forward collectively to build support for Indonesia’s journey to self-reliance and to achieve lasting impact.
